8% BODY FAT IS UNHEALTHY. YOU SHOULD NOT DROP BELOW 10%. IF YOU’RE DETERMINED TO DO THIS I HIGHLY SUGGEST SEEKING HELP AND DOING RESEARCH ABOUT THE NEGATIVE IMPACT IT CAN HAVE ON YOUR BODY!

luminousliz asked: The body fat depends on if the anon is male or female. Healthy body fat for women is generally considered somewhere between 14-20% (for athletes), or 21-24% for other active people. Men differ, with 6-13% for athletic builds and 14-17% for less active. There are tons of charts online, so a google search will give you a good idea of if the body fat % is healthy, or even possible.
