Most of the pictures I post myself on here are my original photography/motivational words. I Hope they inspire you.

I post workouts every Monday and Wednesday that I do in my circuit training class, they are very effective if you want to give them a try

Current weight: 133 (Today)
Goal weight: 115

Here is today’s workout - I tried my hardest to make this picture make sense (it’s not as pretty as my other pictures) - feel free to message me with any questions. 
Add in 3 sets of 20 Squats, lunges, and 1 legged deadlifts at the end for a maximum full body workout
Also - use a weight that you are comfortable with. 

Today’s workout, same as a couple of weeks ago, except we did 3 sets of 20 instead of 3 sets of 10. This kicked my ass.
