I post workouts every Monday and Wednesday that I do in my circuit training class, they are very effective if you want to give them a try

Went on an hour long bike ride yesterday (real not stationary)

I had so much fun, sometimes getting out and exercising in the outdoors is so refreshing it doesn’t even feel like exercise - even though the hills killed my quads!

Next time I’m going to rollerblade :)

I have mastered the art of maintaining my weight - not so much losing :(

I blame the new birth control I’m taking - I haven’t been able to really lose much weight since I started it :(

I have been at work for 12 hours!!

I’m literally dying

It’s now 11pm and I’m still here - I was supposed to get off at 5pm

Haven’t had dinner, dehydrated, body currently hates me!

This is what I want to be doing right now

The worst part is, I have to be back here at 8am tomorrow morning

I felt really shitty this morning - really tired and sluggish at work

I just finished working out (lifting weights/cardio) and I feel so refreshed and awake now

Working out is my #1 pick-me-up :)

whether it’s 2 months or 2 years from now - it will happen - and when it does, it will be amazing

Going to my friends bachelorette party tonight

She’s super conservative so she insisted on NO PENIS at her party.

What kind of bachelorette party is that?

Anyway - a friend and I went halfsies on her gift, we got her these nipple tassles (except all white):

and something like this from victorias secret - I couldn’t find the exact one on the website:

She better use her gifts - especially the nipple tassles!

Lifted heavy today in circuit training

I feel great!

I’m really starting to lift heavy with my arms because I’m determined to get this muscle definition

I love Eva Longoria by the way! 

Also, last night we went to this local vegan restaurant where on Tuesdays you pay a flat rate of $12 and you can have all you can eat vegan pizza and salad - they keep bringing you different types of pizza to your table for you to try. It was sooo good. I was a little weary of the “all you can eat” part but each slice they came around with was only like this big:

so you can try a lot of different kinds of flavors without getting too full :)

My favorite was one with mushrooms, zucchinis, and carrots (carrots are surprisingly yummy on pizza!)

I will definitly be going back again.

Yummy Lunch

1/4 sweet potatoe (broiled)

2 small grilled chicken legs

1/3 cup quinoa

and water - lots of water!

Pretty much lost all the weight I gained over the last week/weekend

Most of the weight was water weight, but it was still noticable and I’m glad to be rid of it.

I have been eating super clean and have been losing a pound of day of water weight. 

There is always a constant battle between me and food/portion sizing - but I think I’m getting it under control. I just keep reminding myself that I can’t out-exercise a bad diet- and in order to get rid of my body fat I need to eat better. 

I have abs of steel under this layer of fat and I’m determined to get rid of it!

Does anyone know of any lesbian festivals or cruises in the US that are coming up?

My friend wants to go and I definitely want to go with her!

This is a before and *during* photo - I still have about 20 pounds that I want to lose in order to be the right size for my height - but I really needed to see this, to see how far I’ve come so far, kind of re-motivated me :)
I’m wearing the same shirt and shorts in the first two photos, and the 3rd photo I’m wearing more of a skin tight shirt to see how I’ve changed since then

My body needs it
