Forgot to post yesterday’s workout - so here it is - abs are so sore today from doing 1500 flutter kicks - totally worth it though!

This circuit, is fast, yet very effective - it will get your heart rate up as well as work your muscles
Thrusters example - make sure when you squat down, you squat bellow your knees/parallel
Here is today’s workout, same as a while ago except instead of 3 sets we did 5 sets.
Full sit ups - touch the floor behind your head and then sit all the way up and touch your toes (with bent knees)
This took me ~20 minutes to complete

Again, just like all the workouts I post, do it as fast as possible with minimal breaks.
Today’s workout - super hard, but really worth it - I feel amazing now - this gets your heart rate up!
For the squat lifts: hold your dumbells in front of you by your shoulders - squat down bellow your knees like this, then as your come up, lift your dumbells over your head like this.
For the burpees:Make sure you add the push up in like this - touching your chest to the floor every time (you can snake down if needs be but NO girl pushups!)
For the clapping pushups: do them like this OR if that is too hard - do them like this and touch your chest to the floor everytime again - just like the burpees NO girl pushups if you cannot do a full pushup use the snake down method
Just like all the other workouts I’ve posted - do this as fast as you can
Russian Twist example - do this with at LEAST a 15 pound weight (touching it to the floor every time)
