Most of the pictures I post myself on here are my original photography/motivational words. I Hope they inspire you.

I post workouts every Monday and Wednesday that I do in my circuit training class, they are very effective if you want to give them a try

Height: 5' 1" (I'm pretty short)
Starting weight: 153 (Aug 2011)
Current weight: 133 (Today)
Goal weight: 115

This is a before and *during* photo - I still have about 20 pounds that I want to lose in order to be the right size for my height - but I really needed to see this, to see how far I’ve come so far, kind of re-motivated me :)
I’m wearing the same shirt and shorts in the first two photos, and the 3rd photo I’m wearing more of a skin tight shirt to see how I’ve changed since then

Alright, I just measured myself, and I am pleased to report good news

Since Dec 4th 2011:

I lost 1/4 inch from my bicep area

2 inches from my waist

1 Inch from my hips

1/2 inch from my calf 

1/2 inch from my thighs

and 4 pounds :)

Today’s weigh in…

134 pounds! For the past while I have been yo-yoing between 135-137 and today I am 134!

19 pounds lost - 19 pounds to go!

Although I’m not the skinniest I’ve ever been in my whole life, I am in the best shape I’ve ever been

more endurance

much stronger

slowly more athletic

I’m not the last one to finish the circuits in circuit training like I usually would have been (I’m one of the first 3 - 4 finished - boyfriend is always first lol)

I don’t get winded and EXHAUSTED doing 30 minutes of elliptical

I don’t get winded walking up stairs (yes even when I was skinny this would happen)

I’m not afraid to try something athletically challenging in front of a group

Okay, today I hit a new record for myself - I burned 1000 calories in the time it used to take me to burn 700 (70 minutes)

I’ve never burned 1000 calories at the gym before :)

Okay everyone, I am smiling from ear to ear this morning because I just weighed in at 135!

I have been fluctuating in weight between 136 & 138 for the past couple of weeks and today for the first time in a LONG time I weigh 135 :)

I’ve lost 18 pounds so far and I have 20 more to go.  

How is your progress going?

I feel so accomplished today…

  1. I worked out twice [morning/night]
  2. ate 100% healthy all day
  3. took a progress photo that made me happy: it’s hard to realize how much progress you are making until you take some pictures of yourself

I hope to repeat 1 & 2 again tomorrow. 

Also, I hope everyone had a great day

I’ve lost about 1/2 an inch around my calfs, hips, and upper arms in about a week

Although my weight hasn’t changed much it’s still progress <3

Now I need to target my thighs
