If you are like me and you like to put cheese on your sandwiches…. I highly recommend this… one serving is only 35 calories (it is perfectly portioned for you and it surprisingly seems like a lot) and it’s VERY creamy.
I spread this on my sandwiches instead of sliced cheese & mayo (adds creaminess that mayo has as well) and best of all I think that it tastes really good.
I sometimes spread this on my apples/pears also or on wheat thins for a quick healthy and low calorie snack.
